Negative work environment

Staff are not treated well. Verbal abuse is common and the employees rights aren’t met. Your job security is always questioned as you can receive threats about losing your job weekly. The staff are kind and work hard. Everyone works long hours. My knowledge has been extended and have made good relationships with other workers.

Excellent learning curve

It was a good experience for me to learn technical side, as it was a refrigeration & Airconditioning company they were teaching different spares as I was doing buying. We were enjoying our selves like a big family working together and helping each other. Challenges we used to face dealing with difficult clients but were told that customer is always right and mostly collecting money from them and my boss taught me something "do not take no for an answers"
