Trainee Accountant looking to take the next step in my career

- A typical work day includes meeting with the client, conflict resolution, leading the team, coaching team members on work they are performing and project managing the audit. - It easy to build good relationships with co-workers as the work requires equal effort form all members of the team and a lot of time is spent together. - I have learnt a lot about how different (industries and sizes) companies apply the financial accounting principles, how different businesses set up their operations. - I enjoyed being able to grow in ways that do not directly impact my work such as planning and running events and facilitating training. - The most challenging aspect of the job was learning how to deal with different personalities with team members and the staff of the clients.

Excellent learning experience

Wonderful corporate environment. With a professional strict structure. If you're in auditing and tax it is a great place to be. Exposure to world finance guidelines and corporate operation guidelines. A vast & huge scale employee interaction platform.

Punctuality

On a daily basis I am responsible for planning and executing audits,Coaching junior engagement team members, leading both internal and external meetings and reviewing financial statements, the audit is always perfomed in groups therefore i am a collaborative person and i enjoy working i with a team as it helps us reach the objective faster. The most challenging aspect of the job is when the project runs over the deadline date

Pros: Meeting new people, challenging
Cons: Working long hours to meet the deadlines should the client delays with information
