Execellent learning curve

I am a go getter, positive, happy and determined. Love a challenge.. Get on with everyone. Having a normal 8 to 5 job and being happy at what ever I do. Love learning new things.

Good learning curve

_login to service desk manager _check your tickets(user logged issues) _sort them by date logged first , then go on to filter by priority _skype call them and remote assist these user queries _update the ticket logged _if its a new issue, create a knowledge article and upload onto the Knowledge repository
