Excellent leaning of rought in different provinces

Working at my company does not feels right sometimes they call and sometimes they dont,,i have good relationship with co workers,i enjoyed driving long distance and the challenges was like when they call u to come to work only if there is a trips sometime i work up in the morning hoping that im going to work and find out that the is non and end up sitting at the yard for like the whole day doing nothing and no work no pay

What I have learned is to have limited relationships between me and my employer and employees.

Working with Bdm Staffing it was so challenging, it was my first time , working with more than 1000 employees, and when I started working there in two months time the was bonus and leave strike which i managed to solve it with my experience and team afford.

Pros: I cannot judge myself but I'm hard worker , who is willing to work in any industry
Cons: I don't mind working long hours

Excellent learning curve

I don't have typical day i enjoy working day to day with my worker and the team am working with we have a very good relationship with every one. i have lean to be a very good listener and i pay attention to details when dealing with problems. iI make sure that my employees are paid on time and invoices of the company are complied with vat regulation. Challenging s that i have encounter is when the company not reaching out back to me.
