Excellent learning Experience

A in a nutshells a typical work day would be responsding to different enquiries via telephone or email. Sending quotations to new and exsisting customers. I see myself as a hard working, dedicated, honest and responsible person. I am bilingual and can work in a team and on my own. I am flexible and have the ability to work under pressure in order to meet demands. I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and I do believe in having a passion for customer service excellence. I have gained Microsoft excel, MS office and improved on them. The most challenging aspect is of my job is saying no to employee's.
