Good work reference

good management stability is provided 3 months probation then permanent after there is room for growth learnership program every year no working on weekends unless its overtime salary is reasonable normal working hours 7:30am till 4:30pm internal promotions are encouraged

Great experience for me

Good experience I had, working in a diversity envinronment different customers. Good and challenging customers. I have developed a lot mostly customer service skills and business management. I enjoy my work especially reaching targets and setting starndards. Only thing that challenge me it's beating my stata everyday I want to be on top.

Excellent LEARNING CURVE

A normal days work with normal working hours. CO workers, friendly, helpful and always willing to assist. I have learnt to manage my time productively and delegate my tasks. I enjoyed working with my colleagues and learning new experiences. My most challenging aspects was taking on new tasks daily and working out strategies to overcome it.

On day to day basis

Working as a technician means always staying focus and determined, the job at my company requires focus as we are dealing with customers machines and making quotations, when machines are brought in we as technicians assess the machines physical conditions and make sure if the machine is still within standard. So there is little room for error. We are a group of workshop technicians working together with field technicians and I have learnt the importance of working as a team. It's a good feeling when you know the customers are happy with their equipment and that it has been repaired to standard. It is a challenge when machines must be fixed quickly but that is what also makes the job exciting because everyday it's a new challenge.

A very busy and productive company that deals with both domestic and international customers and suppliers and that gives me an opportunity to satisfy my customer service obsession
