Refined my sales and management abilities

hi typical day would consist of pre arrainded meetings with either an end user or client which is supplied by BBF Safety Group. The meetings either consist of training, product training or a service orientated call. Most challenging would most likely be the ability to promote a new product and the previous hasn't been supplied yet however the colleagues are extremely supportive and easily to get along with as this is an extremely technical role and the ability to communicate with one's partners just assists with difficult matters.

Pros: Great opportunity to refine skills and management
Cons: Inability to shut down... It's a safety environment and staying abreast much like any industry is key

BBF WORK EXPERIENCE

A typical day at work is me capturing my daily receipts and doing my allocations,I work in a team of 5 credit controller who assist each other when needed and work together towards a common goal. I have learnt a lot working at my current job eg .handling export accounts .I enjoy sorting out customer queries and leaving the customer satisfied. The most challenging part is getting delayed payments from customers due to PODS not being found

Pros: Room for growth within the company
Cons: Company management

Challenging - No dull day

Query resolving takes up 85% of my time on a day to day. Little or no accountability amongst colleagues on their responsibilities. No real standards procedures in place which can be both good and bad. - Good because you personally drive the development and implementation of the procedures and have access to drive all departments of the company to the strategy and implementation thereof which allows to grow even outside your field. - Bad because things take longer to get done because no one is sure what to do and who must do it.

Pros: Learning something new each and every day
Cons: Working around the clock, winging it as we go, no incentives, no team building/whind-down activities
