Hard working, likeble persons who is learn to be soft on the person and hard on the rule.

starts between 07:00 and 07:30 depends on traffic. Do my Dealership walk around and greets all the employees. attend both Used and new vehicle sales meetings. starts daily routine and goes through the previous days figures and plans the day ahead - Categorise what is important and what is urgent. I have a very strong working relationship with all my management teams as well as employees. we all know what we are here for and make sure that our client are looked after and our employees knows that we are coming to work to WORK!!! working with people is one of the most comforting thing I do and it gives me that energy to take on any obstacle that gets roles into my path. lets call it my FUEL. I am target driven and some kind of perfectionist with and positive outlook on life and will alway have a goal that is reachable but also challenging. most challenging thing for me is to make sure my employees stays positive and this is hard word because it will not always be work related but personal as well.

I have a very good relationship with all co-workers. trust is a big thing for me and we have to build on that every single day. I have learned through the years that no matter how hard you work yourself if your team does not buy in on your plan you will be fighting a loosing battle. be hard on the rules and soft on the person and the rest will follow..

Pros: Looking to expand my earning potential
Cons: long working hours is not always the con on the side but when you are willing to work hard the con becomes a pro
