Great managerial experience

The company is very small and the work ethics are limited. There are not much opportunities for promotions but one is exposed to great experience in the different fields.

Excellent learning curve and self discipline

I work at a 100% black owned company of a scale of 10 employees. A typical normal day at work is busy in the morning and organise the days work and equipment for the technicians. working with a small group of people is great because yuo get to learn each others personalities, strenghts and weaknessses. I have learned that working in a small group teaches you to be disciplened and that one learns to do work out of your comfort zone to keep the mission of the company. I have learned to be an HR manager and a financial manager at the same time. I found it challenging because i have no knowledge about finances and HR but i learned about it.
