Working in the BB group is a negative enviroment

I started out working with a great team of ladies, as a debtors clerk. Got promoted to a General Ledger Administrator. The companies created hubs. We are currently 12 ladies working in one office. The work just gets more and we don't get more salaries for doing 3 ladies work. I will in more than one position, I do my work - General ledger duties, debtors and assist with creditors as well. There is not enough time in the day to complete daily tasks so overtime is expected of us, which we are not getting paid for. Our account likes to stir between the ladies and puts a negative vibe in the office, the politic in the office is to much for me to handle. I is hard to hear that they want to work out hard working ladies, just because they don't fit in with the group (they don't gossip) I love my work, it is not challenging when you enjoy your work but it is a challenge working under someone you can't trust.

Pros: Always opportunity to learn, no place to grow
Cons: No place to grow in my position.

Learning each day as each day has it's own new difficulties.

I like to learn and be at the front of new experiences.nd be I would like to learn and be able to grow in the company. Finding problems on difficult to repair vehicles, and be successful in doing so.

Pros: Fast learner
Cons: Teaching other how don't want to learn.

What changed my outlook

YouLearnt alot over the years. There is always opportunity in yourself to grow. Was put in a situation where i had to swim. Not always willing to take the risks and execitives slow to make choices. Worked with very nice people and directors not willing to support hard working staff. Learned alot about business and people in the time i was with them. But my passion and strong experience still lies with aftersales.
