Am Noluthando Shabangu 25 years i have matric certificate. I also do business management I have certificate for that course. I have been working at Bayport since 2014. I even have certificate for good performance top numberb3 Agent in branch. They give me learnership for Macro Finance that course was take for 1 year 6 months am complicated still waiting my graduation and certificate. We deals with personal loan start from 3000 to 150000 its the short term loan and long term loan period of 3 months to 60 months. The requirement if you apply loan is 3 months bank statement, latest payslip, I'd copy. What I have learn good services to client its good because you wont lose client.

Ability to learn more
I am a hard-working, energetic young woman who applies herself very well, whatever the task or responsibility may be. I am always eager to learn in order to apply myself as best I can. My determined character, stand me in good stead to complete any task at any level of responsibility and in any working environment. I know I can be an asset to any company because I am confident, reliable and responsible. I am a quick learner, and can work well under pressure.

My name is Susan Moloi I am 29 years and currently working as a collections officer.
I have been working as a call centre agent and have gained experience in customer service and caring for them .I have a certificate for financial wellbeing officer in debt counselling. I have been in charge of organising and executing office parties and fund raisers which have been a success ,I'm good at motivating other peers through witting and have won competitions held for teams and individuals at the company. Training is provided to better the service rendered to clients ,the people are friendly as well ,also caring for the well being of the person working at the company through making a sister on site to be available for the sick and all their health care needs on site. Icas for most agents are under-performing because they have personal problems and they are not aware that they can get assistance within Bayport.

It was an amazing learning opportunity
I consider myself as a positive, motivated person who works well under pressure. I am a hard worker and will walk an extra mile on any new challenges I take upon. I am a good communicator and from this quality my drives is too corporate with others around me and contribute to the team ethic in a pro-active way. I will be a great asset to the company I work for. I have excellent relationship building skills. I am able to relate well with people at all levels and can evaluate a situation quickly and take decisive action. I am able to show empathy and patience. I have an above average technical aptitude.

Well it was easy doing data capturing
I learnt how to have more of integrity, to meet difference type of people in a corporate world and their different individuality, my relationship with co workers was good however we had our differences eg religion and culture, typical work days were the most of every day life style change and have to be adupted because in a corporate world you need to do what supposed to be done due to what on the agreement between the twon
Pros: not everyone has to notice your job or recognize how hard you trying but only an individual can determine how self motivated you are and hard working you are
Cons: willing to start my day from 8 to 5
