Great exposure

The company has a great potential for growth. The environment is great as all the members of staff get along. Team work is not that great as there is a lack of urgency from management right up to the employees and as a result there is almost always a last minute rush. The Learning opportunities in the company are great, there is a lot of exposure to different aspects within the company and i have learnt a lot personally. The one downfall is that the company promises one thing with regards to salary and don't fulfill that, which has affect myself financially because as a result my salary has decreased by almost R2000 from the last company that i worked for.

Pros: Great Learning curve
Cons: Management is always reactive and not proactive, Ideas that are given by employees to assist in company operations are never heard, Company not living up to promised salary package

Learing experience is average, staff managment is bad and salary package is not good

Learning is expeeience is average but, salary package is not satisfactory. Staff managment but top management is not good. My relationship with my co-workers is good. Working hours is 8hours.

Pros: No great opportunity for promotion
Cons: 8hours
