Excellent learning position

A great company that cares about its employees, provided me with learning, colleagues with a passion for teaching and empowering each other. What I learned is to perform under pressure as the are deadlines to work with.

Challenging and fulfilling work

My days work is never dull, composed of demanding schedules and challenging projects. The spirit is collaborative but having to deal with less appreciative coworkers. The payment is competitive and I always look forward to annual incentive bonus. Overall the company has great benefits but the challenge is having to work for managers who are not good leaders who always wait to point out mistakes and are stingy with commendation and motivation.

Pros: Only week day duties
Cons: Less opportunities to work from home, and do not have allowances of working from overseas

Very fast learning

My responsibility supervising staff, inventory management, Coordinating all warehouse activities, Improve housekeeping, Conducting monthly stock count, Monthly report, Safety compliance

Pros: Award for excellent improvement
Cons: 07:30 to 16:30 I willing to work overtime

Excellent learning curve. I developed great leadership skills.

Starts off with take 5. That is where we plan work to be done. I work well with co-workers. I have lean to be a great supervisor. How to work with a team. i enjoy taking full responsibilities for project and/or any work we do. The most challenging aspect, is leading people.

Pros: Great company to develop in.
Cons: Opportunity to grow are minimal.

Good company with innovative ideas

I have been working with all Southern African Countries; and market research and analysis, field trials and product development, key accounts management, processing imports and exports, Sales and Marketing, pestle and SWORT analysis have been very beneficial. Co-worker strive to be professional in all that they undertake and focus on the efficient and organized execution of my duties.
