I am at accounts department and my duties are (1) Receiving new accounts, capturing on the system, ITC checks and approvals (2) Following up on new clients reminding them to leave sufficient amount on their bank account for debit order purposes(3) Customer care for clients that prefers one on one meetings(4) Collections on overdue amount (5) Collections on overdue amount (6) Assisting dealer with any other queries or matters relating to contracts (7) Assisting repossession in tracking the vehicle and assisting client who surrender their vehicles voluntarily(8) Determining age analysis on the accounts (9)Responsible for daily, weekly and Monthly reports

Excellent learning curve

It's challenging to work for my company , company is currently under difficult challenges , company loss is more than the profit , and reason being we not following any company law. I have learnt a lot from my colleagues and environment is conducive

Pros: No opportunity for growth
Cons: Normal working hours

Challenging , stressing , unsecure

Company is operating at a loss and they have no control of their assets and everything is in a mess, No pecks and executive management is not playing their part to safe the company from being bankrupt and liquidated

I have a good command of English (verbal & written) & exceptional customer service and

I am a young dynamic, vibrant and self-motivated individual with a no-fear attitude towards a challenge. I need a highly charged environment where people thrive on being successful and work towards financial independence. I have a strong personality that is able to work on its own and as part of a team.

Pros: communication skills which have made me become service and target driven

Unprofessional

No tools, no overtime pay, no safety equipment supplied or maintained. No annual increase, no 13th cheque; things which are promised upon being employed. Unprofessional payroll, majority of people aren't qualified for thier jobs nor have they received any training.

Pros: none
Cons: Insufficient working ventilation.

My work is very challenging and and i do learn alot .

Hi I am a very hard and challenging work i also get along very well with my co-workers and enjoy working with them , we all have a good working relationship and must say that we all enjoy what we do it some times get a little stressed but we do try and work with that as do any job .

Pros: the job is good and we all like working here
Cons: the place has take a fall , and is no longer busy like it use to be and we all get paid on the 8th of the next mint which affects our lifestyle and cannot work like this any long as there is pressure coming from all sides.
