MY REVIEW IS I LIKE TO LEARN EVERYDAY NEW SKILLS TO BECOME A PRPOER HR ASSISTENT

I LIKE TO SOLVE PROBLEMS WITH THE EMPLOYEES AND SHOW THEM THE CORRECT WAY OF DOING THINGS LIKE POLICIES WHATTHEY MUST KNOW AS A EMPLOYEE. I HAVE LEARN A LOT TO WORK WITH EMPLOYEES AND TO UNDERSTAND THEM AND ENJOYING A LOT MY JON BECAUSE EVERYDAY THERE IS DIFFERENT ISSUES TO SOLVE WITH THE EMPLOYEES.

Pros: I like to work for this company is a pleasure because i learn so much.I wasnt in this industry before so is so much challenging for me.On a daily basis i learn so much everyday and except every challenge i get.
Cons: We got a normal hours of work from monday till friday

Im willing to learn like challenges always like to work in a team.My curent duties is to assist Hr manager with HR administration.Employments contracts,updating of employee files ,making appointments,booking interviews.Doing attendance register of employees and booking hours.Fill in leave application and book it in leave register.See that the working hours of employees is correct before it go to the payroll.

Pros: I like to work for this company is a pleasure because i learn so much.I wasnt in this industry before so is so much challenging for me.On a daily basis i learn so much everyday and except every challenge i get.
