I've worked for Bathroom bizarre for 15+ years, as a branch manager, in East London store, I left in 2017 to persue my own business online which didn't do well, never the less I never gave up been tryi g different things, until they called me up do assist in PE store in 2018, my duty was to make sure the store operates adicuate and bring staff together as a team. Making sure store runs smooth and more sales created.. Making sure Customer relations is kept on a high note. I've learnt everything to assist me in my future endeavors in bathroom bizares, I know all the ins and out of our stock and operations, i became one with the products, I knew them from. One end to the other. Only challenge is to have the warehouse in johanessburg which limited sales and gave the competition an upper hand.

Cons: Stock availability a major problem

Sales

A busy environment that requires one to be energetic and be focused. Must pay attention to detail, multi-task, check emails regularly. Most challenging task is handling customer complaints. Must have good communication skills both verbal and in writting. Must be willing to learn. Advise customers about product specifications.

Pros: Up to date with new products.
Cons: Working overtime when required.
