Great place to learn and grow

Working here has helped me learn a lot about the industry and expectations. There's been times where I'd be the only designer due to financial constraints especially with it being a small company. The people there are so warm it feels like your working with family. A small hardworking group of people. The only problem is lack of business otherwise the team there it's very passionate and determined.

Pros: you have a chance too learn beyond what you do
Cons: not enough money as per the work load and no growth professionally.
