Good testing I have learn a lot

I have learn that when you do a job at a company u worth a very big value . Being an administration I have learn more cause I didn't only focus on paperwork , we do market out side we exhibit with other companies and organization.

Pros: Great opportunities I did receive them because this current position is my second promotion. Wow enjoy every moment to talk with our different customers including with the difficult one , as much as our officials from Department we have very good relationship
Cons: Long working hours , we do work due to the need of our clients and beneficiaries we are having but I enjoy every moment being in my work place

Good testing I have learn a lot

Its such a good experience to work with different individual , even though its bit hard . I have learn that working with young talent people its enjoyable for me cause they always. Come up with fresh ideas , they are curious to learn . Being in the I had grow a lot being in the finance department processing payments, and assisting in other things , being working close to my Director cause am acting on his behalf when he is not around. I enjoy socialising , working as a team , always implementing new ideas , being challenged by my seniors . The challenging part is to change the perception of young people qhi undergo drugs , dealing with people who do not want to grow . working under pressure in such an extent that my team is not performing as we agreed. Not getting feedback on time when I have performed my reports.x

The form below is very productive for people working at HR Department it helps me to see the value of my position in the company and the importance of confidentiality , thanks for show me this I learn something. In my organization I understand why we earn such an amount we depand on Government Funds. My working place environment is a day to day Centre that operates from 8 to 6 due to the need of the beneficiaries we are serving cause we have different daily social projects, because of the communities we are serving they are too needy as results we end up working even on weekend.
