There’s no challenge

The working environment is nice but there is no challenge I don’t learn new things or get to experience more aspiring things I enjoy my work as an administrator since I knowehat is required of me in the company, typing and preparing payroll registers and more administrative tasks. My realagiom with my co workers is good only my senior the manager is too much usin his position to make it feel hard to enjoy my work

Pros: Great opportunity for volunteering
Cons: Long working hours , salary too small
