Really learned to focus on customers and providing a service

I am a successful multi skilled customer services consultant who has the ability to develop and nurture long-term relationships. My customers will tell you I am efficient and organized; a helpful people person with superior follow-through; and excellent at building rapport and fostering mutually beneficial relationships .I am hard-working, goal driven, tenacious and trustworthy. ENTHUSIASTIC

I completed my three years articles in an Accounting firm, where I worked as a trainee Accountant. I have worked as an Assistant Finance Controller, where I have been exposed to different all aspects of the finance department which includes debtors and creditors, balance sheet reconciliations as well as management accounts reports. I enjoy working with in a group and also individually. The key strengths that I possess for success in this position include: • Being fully proficient without assistance to handle the full accounting function. • I strive for continued excellence. • I always keep updated knowledge. • I provide exceptional contribution to customer service for all customers • Excellent organizing abilities • Great attention to detail • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

Large global business

In my current role I am responsible for the development and implementation of the company strategy for the region and the achievement of operational results. I have very good relationships with my co-workers and work well in a team environment. My current role is a very holistic role and has allowed me to learn about all facets of business. I enjoy the challenge of working towards a target and developing new business.

Pros: Opportunities for career growth, opportunity for global movement. Exposure to a wide array of customer types.
Cons: A lot of long stretches away from home for business travel.

Overworked

At this company one gets over worked and underpaid. I know it sounds like a typical unhappy employee, however it is the truth. I do the job of two people and i do not even get half of the benefits that other people get that do one job in the same company.

Challenging work environment , demotivating and many employees are on continual stress medication and some dies of stress . Your relationship with co-workers - What you have learnt - What you enjoy most - The most challenging

Proactive and dynamic

Busy environment, always on the go. Many different departments with different needs. I enjoy the challenge in assisting. Finding solutions to difficult scenarios. I am constantly learning new things. i enjoy being working with people. Travel and logistics. Presentations. Minutes of meetings. Liaising with Clients / ABU's and suppliers. Diary management and call screening.

Pros: Hardworking, willing to learn new areas, timeous, want to further develop my company secretarial skills
Cons: No growth opportunity
