Excellent Admin Skills.

Working for the company was a challenge everyday, which I enjoyed. My day was always busy and rewarding. I loved going to all the stores and checking on customer service, staff issues and turnover . Working in the retail sector is very challenging, as you have to deal with all types of people and moods, my most valuable lesson is to stay calm, we have two ears and one mouth, listen before you talk and show empathy. I have always got on with my staff and show that if I can do it so can they, respect is earned not given and in order for me to get that, I had to show staff that i can do the same as them if not more, eg. Serve customers , sweep floors, merchandise.

Cons: Changing of management every two years.
