My review in a nut shall

Fantastic global world wide company, good learning potential awesome working environment. A typical work day for me would to speak to my customers via phone and email sort out their queries load and process their orders. My co-workers are absolutely fantastic that's what makes the job worth while the , the working environment is because they are all there. Since I have worked for Bata I have learned how to treat customers , how to make them feel appreciated because at the end of the day we need their business in order to grow. I enjoy my work space I cannot get enough of that really. I deal with extremely demanding customers who cannot take not for an answer at all. Lots of work to be done there is barely time to anything else but your work.

Pros: Easy working enviroment, Great manager
Cons: Top mangement take drastic decisions, Getting everything signed off by top management

Excellent

I am Florence Nthabeleng Nakin I work as a stock controller I recieve stock after been wrapped and set I check all stock if its accordingly so that I can racked In under the racklocation sheet IN. when orders are processed I take out the stock required and record the information in a location sheet under OUT. My relationship with co-workers is exceptionally good because we use team spirity all the time also having a good communication to each other. I have learnt how to work as an Inventory controller and Parker because I did not know about it at all. I enjoy working with peploe as a team and working underpreasure. Making mistakes is the most challenging aspect to me and when my team is not performing.

I am ready to work on a company vission, meeting targets, I provide the best customer service, able work long hours and overtime. I have good communication skills and experience

Good learning curve

Meeting the target of the day makes me happy and seeing that we are doing a much better job.My relationship with my co-workers is very good its like we are a family.Be strong and always be calm because we work with different customers everyday.Helping customers and also going an extra mile for them to be happy and get what they are looking for.Working hard and then they write for you less hours when you are about to get paid.

Challenging but educational

IR management; dealing with union issues, handling disciplinary cases and investigations; counselling and handling day to day issues. HR administration; completing reports on weekly and monthly basis on stats. skills development facilitator, submission of atrand esp, doing skills gap analysis payroll management, checking absentee reports and overtime worked. risk control management - checking on reports from security officer and safety officer and advisory roles.

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: Lots of travel and long hours
