Challenging environment with great personal rewards

-Challenging environment which is rewarding and continually changing -Relationship with colleagues, the unions, stakeholders and the mine were built over years of engagements but they are lasting -Mining environment is never stagnant, it is always evolving, so are the players within this environment but you need to be adaptable and resourceful to be successful -I enjoy the people, but also the environment which is mining. Definitely not an eight to five job! -To keep employees morale up, it takes extensive planning and analyzing to ascertain any form of possible influence which could impact morale.

I leant more during my working period with basil read.

I really enjoyed working with basil read. People were so friendly and the company was giving as so many training opportunities for the jobs we were doing.

It was grate to work for basil read as it gave me a lot of experience and knowledge

i have joined basil read as a drill rig operator from 2008 and 2010 i have been promoted to a shift supervisor and 2011 i have been promoted to a instructor from then i became a training officer till to date, i was given a grate opportunities through out my career with Basil Read Mining
