Its a nice experience that I have gained working at my company. To have to work with all levels of co-workers gives you the benefit to understand the process more and to be aware of the set backs/ difficulties that may arise during the process. I have enjoyed working as a team makes things easy and you get straight to the point because its not only one mind that is working but a group that might have another vision that you have not thought of. I have learnt different cultures and beliefs of other people, "not everyone think the same way", you might come with the solution that the other person didn't think of. That is why it is important to always listen to somebody else's advice or point of view. The most challenging aspects of the job is working with people who does not assist when there is too much work.

Pros: Vision is the art of seeing things invisible and where there is no vision, the people perish. I am a visionary kind of a person.
Cons: "If you dont have time to do something right, where are you going to find the time to fix it?" Time is money and I dont see myself wasting it in any min.
