Great training ground in a complex matrix organization

The coatings business unit at BASF is a stand alone business unit focusing on the automotive industry where as the rest of BASF is in the chemical industry. I had a fantastic experience having held 4 jobs in 9 years. I had the fortune of starting in Finance and ending up heading up Operations. A fantastic training ground and diverse culture.

Pros: Opportunities are aplenty
Cons: Long working hours
