I learn here how to deal with different clients

I'm remote technician support helping clients remotely and resolve tickets and do rhythms checks updates windows on server and check that the disk is not exceed to 90% and backups are running

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: I don't mind working long hours

A single vlan was down, only to findout that the cabling guys created a loop

Hi sir/madam I am an engineer that meets the deadline and i can handle the pressure as long as i have all the tools required. I make sure that i attend all the tickets in my cue. I am able to work as individual and with the team. If anyone needs help or asking questions, my door is always open. I worked a lot on cisco network and end user support. I worked on windows computers,servers(AD,File server, gpo's and exposure on mac books.) I am always hungry to learn more.

Pros: Being the main engineers to support a site. It was i am in charge of the network
Cons: The longest hours i worked it was 19 hours
