Exellent learning curve

Amazing company to work for, the vibes in this place is not your typical vibes... A lot of hard work, daily ups and downs, but overall the people are great the work it self got it's own challenges, daily challenges I've learnt a lot from my current position, my own capabilities, my strengths and my weaknesses. I enjoy every aspect of my job, but sometimes it's just time to move on. Time to learn something new.

Pros: a lot of potential to go places with the right support
Cons: Senior executives vision, but at what cost..

Is to stick close to engineers, suppliers and managers

My review was at half the year my performance was applauded greatly and was at that stage advised that I am on my way for a bonus. That is 50%to 100%. Also was commended by other workers in the company. Work under pressurising circumstances.

Pros: You are key in the business
Cons: You are not informed upfront of changes
