Seeking new career adventure outside of the dealer network

My job encompasses many opperational aspects, I run a team of 40 people, from cleaners, drivers, admin, advisors, claims administrators, technicians, foremans, fitment specialists etc. It is a daily deadline driven business where we repaire and service 30 -40 cars a day, with very strict policys that I have to obide by. Its daily opporational management, customer service, business development, budget control, making money type of enviroment. My work staff and I get along very well, we make a great working relationship daily through all the troubles of the stressfull enviroment.

Pros: Not many pros, its a tremendouse amount of work for limited growth and earning potential
Cons: Same as above

Summary

I arive at work and immediatly juggle.the tasks of receiving all the clients, holding admi meetings and daily plan meetings. Meeting all daily deadlines and ensuring all relevent staff have met their tasks. Carry out daily staff training and mentoring etc. The daily deadlines and customer interactions is always challenging but its what im trained to do. Iv learned how to manage people, budgets and client expectations as well as constant stress, conflict and deadline. End the day off with reporting etc

Pros: A secure job
Cons: Long long working hours
