Day to day running of the company administration, compliance and risk management. Work very closely with Sales and Marketing department in terms of strategy and company growth. I have been involve in implementing the code of conduct and disciplinary hearings together with HR consultant. I enjoy the challenges that come with dealing with public clients, the way my co-workers depend on my assistance and management cooperation. Gaining experience in the financial services industry

I am in charge of claims processing and underwriting. I do coordinate with finance, sales & marketing plus operations departments. I have learnt to plan, lead and oversee all departmental operations. I enjoy successful implementation of strategic plans, motivating sub-ordinates and seeing the company grow everyday. The most challenging part of my job is to keep ahead of our competitors, dispute management and product development & pricing
