Like to learn as much as possible

Every morning all the workshop staff is inform about what target was achieved and what is the new targets. Basic knowlege are share with staff about new problem and info on what can be looked at for a good and accaurite repair

Pros: Fellow eployees relation
Cons: Some manager doent konw how to work ar talk to employees in any type of confersation eg. Greeting managers they start swearing at you for reason ing they doent what your greetings

Good growing opportunity

Fast learner in new experience and good work handle, working under pressure and very passionate in the work I do, and effectively. Willing to work in team and cooperating with the team. Good problem solving skills when dealing with a problem that requires time and sensitively treated.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning and growth
Cons: Long working hours

MY Typical day at work

My Typical day would consist of mostly problem vehicle that requires urgency also helping my fellow employees with there own diagnostic problem and help them step by step showing them how to trouble shoot problem vehicles. Mostly it was difficult form me to assist my fellow employees as i normal have know the problem from the start but to let the see how to get to the problem. After all this i must say it was my biggest joy in show people problem and solving my problem on the same stage on keeping me back on the basic of daignostic

Pros: Getting big Problem solved by long time spent
Cons: Being put on the spot with no info about the problem. Bad comunication
