Exposure to all core aspects of enterprise

My experience has been charged with experiences of paradigm shifts in thinking. My daily role encaptures that of of understanding what the executives expect, interpreting these into executional programs and converting them into objectives for the entire business to achieve. Portfolio management is not an easy task, so change management is a daily challenge. Due to the cyclical nature of the business and markets, every day presents a new challenge, so execution relies heavily on understanding a diverse set of customers as well as a principal. It is an act of balancing all the key elements of the core business. It can be frustrating at times, but the morale is kept high so that the organization is robust and lean.

Pros: Dealing with every level of the organization
Cons: I feel as if I am not learning any more, as I have worked in every department. The rigidity of some areas are frustrating.

Great work Responsibilities and Work Ethics

A very fast paces customer focused environment, results driven and learning opportunities. A lot of reporting and data modelling. Ensuring that all reports and compiled and executed and sent to all stakeholders. Good working relations and learning. I have managed to improve my analytical skills, problems solving skills and paying attention to detail. I am more proficient in MS excel and Qlikview. I enjoy the Job due to high independence and you work freely without being micromanaged. The only challenging part is the amount of excel reports that must be compiled leading to slow data processing and spending hours doing just one thing.

Cons: lot of Excel Worksheet to work on daily
