Excellent values, and culture driven organisation

The Typical day is busy and productive mainly during check in and out morning and afternoon hours, The team is so cooperative, constructive and organized ready to contribute to the success of the operation. At Barloworld have learned to spread my wings and contribute my skills set and knowledge to maximise profitability, my hands on was welcomed in the workshop in helping my technicians were challenges arose, The most challenging was to balance different cultural beliefs, but Barloworld is good at that ,its well taught and practised there’s no prejudice towards different race affiliates. Barloworld has mastered this culture and it promotes self confidence and growth.

Pros: Great opportunity for personal growth
Cons: Reward structures not so great,(incentives)
