Good customer service

It is a learning experience that is additional to what I have because now am dealing almost every minute with customers. Time management skills are very much important and being assertive helps you to be able to handle most difficult situations.

Cons: Very long hours on dangerous locations

Additional wisdom

Which provided me with additional knowledge, skills, team work, time management, assertive ness and customer care and service. Willingness to work overtime hours when it was needed. Always give priority to my work duties of the day.

Pros: Good experience for promotion and better prospects
Cons: Hard and under pressure some days
