Be legitimate and transprent.

It has been a very challenging job at the beginning. I had to e flexible and awake at all times because working with many staff than usual I had to keep up my level best. most of the employees are men who usually find it difficult to be under the supervision of a woman. but when they finally realized that I am not there to show them that am not above anyone but I am there to help and work together to accomplish the same goal with them it became much easier where they even opened up we can now work together. what has been mush of difficulty it was when you were supposed to brief everyone about our toolbox and find that I need much of the signature but you cant find them all at the same time, and I ma supposed to submit. those times I had to stay over and wait for others to pitch.

Cons: no work to be taken home
