Good in client service
working as a loan consultant its a very challenging work, aspecialy in the company like BARKO FINANCIAL SERVICES, u work with different people and behavious.the difficult part of the work is to go out and recruit clients, my relationship with my co-workers is good we work as a team always so that we can reach our success, what i have learnt in this work field is that the client is always write no matter what the situation is.What i enjoy most its out busy day because we see all our clients we offer them cold driks and a worm braai,and the most challenging part is to to assist a difficult client.

Excellent steping stone
Handling cash everyday an makibg sure we follow security procedures and most importantly is to trust my co workers,client services is one of our best v Alues.and what i have learnt is that when you are doing what you love you excell in it.Most challenging aspects was the collection of bad debts...

Excellent learning curve
I have a good communication skills, easily to work as a team, fast and a hard worker. I have a professional telephone skills, good customer care skills and I have a common courtesy. I have learned to be patient and be serious with my work. I always reach my targets in time and I have been training our loan consultant and all of them have succeeded. I like a competition position always as I am a person who like to be challenged. I am willing to learn from my daily task and I am willing to grow every day in everything I do.
Pros: I was working as a loan consultant for 3 months then I was promoted to be an assistant manager because of the willingness and hard work I have been doing.
Cons: I was working monday to saterday from 7;30 TO 17:00

Exellent in a client service
working in this company it has improved my skills, it has thought me how to work with different people and how to treat them, and as for management im still happy the way we are working together and what i enjoy the most is when we go to marketing, the most challenging part is when we go for marketing and not getting clients.

Excellent attitude, great customer service
busy working days and making sure that client receive best service all the time. positive and supportive always keeping up to standard that the company is at its best. i have learned to be united assisting if needed and working as a team. i enjoy attending clients, updating files, calling clients thanking them for doing business with us an asking them to come back again, cleaning the office, giving my all to what i do. the most challenging aspect is when i cant give the client what he/she wants but i manage to keep the client happy

Was great working for a financial company
I am a very detail oriented person & able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. I have gained valuable experience in several computer programs such as Adobe Photo Shop, Kodak Easy Share Software & the Delfin Suite Program. I am confident that my skills & qualifications will benefit your company. I would like to progress into a managerial position/role one day. But, if in two years to three years’ time a better, more suitable opportunity shows itself, then I would give my consideration. I admit to being a bit of a perfectionist. I take a great deal of pride in my work and am committed to producing the highest quality work I possibly can. I also pay a lot of attention to pacing my work, so that I do not get too caught up in perfecting every last detail.
Pros: The company wants to become a bank. It will compete with the likes of Capitec Bank.
Cons: It's a normal 8 - 5 job that requires focus and dedication
