Excellent learning curve

It is a great place to learn new things every day and get experience in working with people, day to day tasks and meeting daily targets. They are very helpful and friendly people to work with. Team players great leaders and having a good understanding of the staff members

Working closely with Line Managers, and giving sound advice

The most challenging aspects of this job is that as an HR Manager, you are like a ham in the sandwich. Management expects you to push sometimes inhumane procedures to the staff whilst staff can't trust you enough because you are seen as the puppet for Management. It's a challenge to strive a balance....

Bakery manager , service department supervisor and buyer of bulk

Team leader and team player , hard working , honest and always up for a challenge and always willing to give a hundred and ten percent , very punctual and always willing to help out outside my designated post as a bakery manager. I believe , if you work for a company you must always help even if its not your set job
