Good learning curve

My Shift starts at 7:30 until 16:00, i am exposed to lots of client service systems which gives me a clear understanding how banks operate in order to give a good customer service. the most challenging aspects its that i have been temping for 3 years now with no opportunity for permanent work.

Pros: good opportunity for entry level
Cons: no opportunity for permanent work

Am willing to learn everyday and not afraid of challenges.

I update Client's Information File for Fica purposes, Gathering of all required documents ensure this Client's Account's up to date. It's Team work. I learnt that client's always right, I can keep Confidentiality, how to ease Client.

Pros: am very focused and doing well in Fica Consultant.
Cons: I also like working Night Shifts & Flexi hours.
