I learn more at Lily and Barbrook Mine

Working on the mine as if you are women is very challenging because 75% of the people working on the mine is man and 50% of them their uneducated so as HR Offficer/Assistant I need to patient by doing that you will be mantaining a good relationship with your employee .I have learn to put safety first before I do anything.To discipline the employee was the most thing I enjoy as HR offficer/Assistant.During working hours i never get bored because i was always busy with filling ,Report and around 13h00 onether shif must I have to do time keeping .I realy enjoy the HR Job.

Pros: I have been promoted 2 times
Cons: We where working 9 hours a day that give 22 shift a months

Experieces

I enjoyed every moment on the plant the maintenance tought me new things every day. Planning each day's program was exiting and my co workers trustworthy and loyal to company mine fell in under business resque

Pros: I worked as fitter aid and worked very har to qualify the mine helped me to obtain a fork lift license meical 1 and 2 yhe mine stood behind our workers and looked after us
Cons: All though i worked a lot of over time i was paid fairly. There were not always all spare parts available immediately i had to improvise that tought me alot.
