It’s a start to a career

There’s no growth because it’s a small firm. There’s a lot of favoritism and you can’t be outspoken in this firm. You are overworked and paid less. You can’t even claim for petrol.

Pros: You get to learn litigation.
Cons: Only learn one specific field
