- A typical work day From workin at site or at the office its always a joy to meet the team and plan the day and make sure that team work is working at ultimate level - Your relationship with co-workers Have always been a team member and working as a Basis person you interact with every team member as you are the common denominator for all the functional modules. - What you have learnt Have learnt to be patient, analytical, take lead were it lacks and to be an inovation when the chips are down - What you enjoy most I enjoy most when a plan come togenther and a project becomes a success - The most challenging aspects of the job Managing project politics so it wont affect your production especially if its very negative and demoralising

Great environment

My days vary it may start with Company’s electronic documentation regarding human resources.contact candidates who match the criteria of the position as quickly as possible.me slips, schedules, contract extensions, housing, insurance, referral calls, paychecks, file compliance, renewals and complaints requiring additional problem solving, . Managing a compensation program and ensuring compliance with regulations CV Formatting , Tender Document Management, I have learned a lot about the IT environment especially SAP Enjoy I have great business Acumen, have worked in various industries IT, Engineering, HR Consulting, as well as Government Departments and Parastatals
