Excellent learning curve

Being a consultant and place in different project exposes you to different cultures from the different companies that one gets place to,and you get to understand and work with people from different backgrounds and culture.Am a facilitator so i start taljing from 08h30 in the morning till 15h30. I enjoy making a difference in people work life,assisting users with their issues and resolving them.Working with users teaches you patience and putting yourself in their level.Challenging aspect is trying to convince or make users believe what you telling them as a facilitator making them to buy what you telling them and convincing users who have given up demotivated but the minute they see what you talking about they make your day.

Cons: On your feet and talking the whole day

Learning curve

SAP implementation at a client's office. We had direct communication with Baraka management. .The may not necessarily reflect ability to make sure that we are not struggling

Pros: more exposure to SAP industry
Cons: Work from home
