It an company that works for credico and they worked for Pick n Pay and we worked as sales agent and help pick n pay customers using their Smart Shopper to open Pick n Pay accounts .

I learnt a lot about managing people and being a leader.

This was a training program to run my own business. It was great, because I had independence and pushed me to work harder. The money I made was what I worked for and that is what I loved. I had to deal with different and difficult employees but it thought me well and now I can handle such people. I got the opportunity to retrain, recruit and run my own office. The way our office was structured is different from other offices. We would play music, have fun, dance in the morning before we went to work.

Learning curve

Working in that company taught me how to work for me and learn from others as well because being a team player also works for you. I understood workethic as well and the importance of punctuality. As a Leader or Business person or any general worker you must be on time because you'll not know what you're missing out on. I learnt learning from the best who is charge it always get you ontop and improving one's self in skills etc opens so many opportunities. I only left due to payment and was not able to be patient anymore.

Pros: Opportunity to be promoted and motivated daily.
Cons: Long working hours and commission income

Pumping

in my company we working in stores opening credit for customers , on the other hand our we an office which is our learning environment where we lean and teach in the morning going to the store and in the evening

Yes it was indeed a great sales experience

Working towards becoming your own boss. Learn to increase your public speaking. Learn to deal with customers,to reach customers satisfaction. Learn to identify positive and negative customers and also how to react with each customer

Good opportunity

I'm a dedicated person when it comes to work, I commit myself, I'm good at interacting with people well I'm a people person I'm not shy, I enjoy sharing different ideas with people because everyday we learn something new and I like to be challanged. I've learnt that you have to allow yourself to be taught by another person because there's something that you don't know but you not even aware of that so allow yourself to learn.

Pros: there's growth in the business
Cons: no time to rest
