Good learning and networking environment

I largely coordinate internal and external audit on behalf of operations department. I also coordinate the performance information quarterly report and report directly to government. I promote best practice in project management in the entire organisation through mentoring/coaching and recommending training for team members. Chair monthly project management meetings. Great opportunity for leadership development as I interact and offer my support to all levels executive, management and operational teams. My role is more to create the best conducive environment that enables the team to strive and produce their best output in order to achieve organisational objectives. Lessons learnt among many others for success its not until the entire team has achieved that we win therefore I make sure there is common understanding and appreciation of teamwork across the organisation and also seek the executive support to boast morale through recognising and rewarding good performance and staff rentention.

Great platform for growth

I like the work environment which is task an people oriented. The other thing I like about it is the open culture of our group or sub-groups, wwhich allows delegation and support where needed or necessary.

Excellent learning curve

working hours were reasonable working in groups was the most welcoming feeling i learned that is not about me as an individual is about the company preparing statements

Good

I have studied a Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering so I am now applying to advance myself with experience and also to contribute my knowledge and skills towards the successful of this organization and believe that I am ready to accept more responsibility. I am well organised, detailed orientated and I can be able to prioritize effectively to manage conflicting demands in a fast paced work environment. I have strong analytical, research and time management skills and very high degree of commitment to my work.
