what i like about my job is that i have learned team work and to work under pressure as we are working on deadlines. and we are given opportunities to learn on other departments in my forum, i understand that we have to give customer satisfaction and to meet sla deadlines. as we are working on starts speed is very much important

It is a big company, with great opportunity for growth. Staff at Bankserv are very welcoming and willing to assist each other (team player). Management at my department is very reserved with information and willingness to assist so that we can be able to grow. You can work in one department and do the same job for more than 30 years, of which all of the people I found here they do that, and they don't care about encouraging us to grow, by means of furthering our studies and learning in other areas of the business.

Analytic thinker
Good day, I have been in the testing industry for 14 years. I started my career as an intern at Vodacom where I went through the ranks departing from the company as a senior test analyst. I then ventured into different arenas such as insurance, health and banking. I have led countless number of teams along with training many folks in the industry. I have been exposed to all testing methodologies from a management and staff point of view being waterfall and agile. I am also capable of producing process documents for both methodologies as I have great understanding of both. The largest team I have managed was a 26 member team consisting of testers, test analysts, senior tests analysts and specialists which was at Discovery Vitality. Developer job opportunity
Working at Bankservafrica was an excellent leaning opportunity. I got to challenge myself and exceed my expectations of what I can do when I put my all into it. Being a Developer has it's bittersweet moments and being part of a supportive work environment makes work life much pleasant.

I am a experience Data Caputer with 9 years in the banking sector
I have bee work g in the banking sector for AL most 9 years in the standard bank, nedbank, and Bankservafrica. I am a hard word work and discipline, can work without any supervision. I am a mother of 3 amazing children. I have to to provide for them only person that is looking after them. I will to wotk for the company and I willing to learn new things. I have also office experience that I did, helping in other department and assisting where I can.
