Good company but no growth,nothing challenging,but over an above I've learned so much within the company.Staff is very friendly ,we work as a team,help build each other.

Good foundation for call centre

relationship with co workers is good but managers are rude sometimes they do not take our personal lives seriously like the wont allow you to take a a day off to do something important.

Pros: learning curve for call centres enviroment
Cons: long working hours especially on monday

My work is very important, and needs patience.

i am a hard worker,willing to learn,ambitious person, i go extra mile, very well spoken, i am a good listener working well with my colleagues, what i enjoy most is to have people who understand and care about each other, the most challenging aspect is when customer/client do not make payments even you have set reminder.

Pros: my hard work will benefit me in future
Cons: working from 08:00 am till 19:00 pm every mondays

I have learnt a lot from this company

My typical work day will tracing and rehabilitating deliquent clients, writing reports and reviewing of contracts. I have great working relationship with my colleagues and learnt that team work is essential. I enjoy talking to clients solving up queries and escalating matters to the right people. The most challenging part is showing management solution for problems that occur at work place that make employees unproductive

Pros: No opportunities for promotion
Cons: no salary increase commision based

Training company for major banks. Collections and repossession of cars

This is a tracing company, we do admin work, confirmation of personal details, investigating outstanding assets and repossession of vehicles. Specialized recoveries.

Pros: Great opportunity for gaining much needed experience if ypu want to work for the bank in the futures
Cons: Long working hours, racism, complicated dress code rules and an all round hostile environment to be in.

I AM A DEBT COLLECTOR ON BEHALF OF NEDBANK , I HANDLE QUERIES , DATA CAPTURE , ADMIN AND DEBTCOLLECTING.I GET ALONG WITH MY CO-WORKERS.I HAVE LEARNED HOW TO TEAM WORK AND TALK WHEN EVER YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.MOST CHALLENGE IS TO GET UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE TO MAKE PAYMENTS.
