Repetitive

My job at the moment is very repetitive I have to check up on my co-workers to make sure they do not make mistakes Very little contact with co-workers I have learned allot about banking It takes allot of effort to get co-workers to understand the risks they pose

Focused

Nokuthula is extensively experienced in software and application Testing, has experience in different types of software testing across different industries. Some of her key technologies include Systems Integration, Phoenix, Open text, Loans, Deposit and Investment, SQL, IIS, internet banking, automation. She has a Diploma in Software System Engineering from Vaal University of Technology, obtained in 2007. She is also ISTQB Certified. Nokuthula is a diligent person who works hard and pays attention to detail. She is flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others.

A typical day will entail the management of new requirements and the future implementation of these as well as progress tracking and issue resolution of existing issues,

Pros: Working with people that embrace change and is open to suggestion on how process flow can be improved.
Cons: Remove work is a challenge and connectivity to African sites tends to be unstable.
