Great learning curve

Great company to work for. I learned a lot about client service, adding value to client. Putting client's needs first. That being a hard dedicated employees brings great rewards. I learned I am passionate about helping other and guiding them to make the right financial choice. Challenging aspects of my current job is looking for new clients because the companies are re trenching and the market deteriorating but it's a challenge I gladly face because I'm passionate about the work I do. Giving advise and client service. I believe this is time for a new chapter, new carrier opportunity hence I am applying for this position

Learning to bundle money and understand it not yours

Sharing ideas with people, be accountable of your action, have an intense trainings which are paid for at will times, survive the robberies and still focus on the job without being scared anymore. Growing with the business as well as visualization the future.

Pros: Managing multicultural people
Cons: It hard to manage people who do not show interest in their job

It's a great place to work, it teaches you how to communicate well with people and treat them with respect to. Different diversity The pressure it's too high, month end you can work and not be able to go lo lunches

Different experience

Not a typical bank I manage BA work as I also ensure that Testing, BPM, change management is done accordingly. Work experience of other areas is not as expected by me. Sometimes methodologies are not followed , opening a gap for each person to do things as they feel.

Pros: Learning more management skills
Cons: Have to work beyond my scope

Excellent learning

It was a good experience to work for them because I learnt a lot from these companies they taught me so much and had good relationship from top management to employees we were working together as team . I feel blessed to gain experience of working to different people learn so much about working environment, respecting each other focused on their job, priorities their duties . I enjoyed most when they have give us the opportunity of learnership and chance of giving gift of one of employees works very hard or best than others that was motivating me very much to work hard and focus on my duties every day.
