Business Enabler with Technology focus

Typically a start up. Lots of challenges dealing with African subsidiaries. Steep learning curve. Every day presents new challenge. Trying to run a bank whilst changing it. Really limited budgets that need to go A long way.

Pros: Excellent in terms of growth and opportunity
Cons: Excessive travel
