Loved working there

they did not keep up to date with 3d software like Revit and /or Archicad which means your skills go to waste.Having to re learn them./Management did not deal with internal issues very well .

Pros: amiable working enviroment

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day..make coffee and breakfast whilst my pc is booting up,either get briefed or continue with whatever tasks I have been set.Put on headphones .Say hello to people as they arrive.Get coffee when suits.Occasionally have to attend meetings. Ask people how they are and share tidbits of news and info. Home time at 5 unless there is a deadline.We have a good work and home balance..not too many late nights or weekends.

Pros: wonderful collection of people you work with
Cons: no med aid or pension
