I believe that I will be an asset to any company, because effective co-ordination and implementation of my current work experience allowed me to develop excellent organizational and communication skills with both clients and team personnel. It further more provided me the ability to plan, manage, set up and communicate accordingly. With my flamboyant personality I have obtained exceptionally high standards of communication, technical skills and managing time effectively. I am a very responsible individual and therefore can implement specific projects and tasks and also supervise the work of junior staff. A Challenge taken on and a challenge ruled

Resources are difficult to work with because of the poor rates. Great collegues to work with, senior management not so great. Learnt a great deal about problem solving regarding resource management and crisis management. The ability to achieve great quality results with under skilled workers. Dealing with this challenge makes it difficult but not impossible.

Pros: Great salary package and perks.
Cons: Long hours

Excellent experience as a Foreman.

Excellent experience. Work with all trades from wet trades right until finishing. I get to deal with clients on a daily basis which I really enjoy. Lots of problem solving is required which is a good challenge.

Great introduction to property development industry

Met some great people and made some friends but the management level of the company is quite bad. Empty promises made for promotion and growth but nothing comes of it. Job vacancies does not get advertised internally and thus you get in a rut in the position you got employed in. Pros was getting to network and learning about the industry.

Pros: Good for networking
Cons: No descent managers to set an example and lead their employees

Balwin pays well with perks as a residential developer, I am looking for a challenge

We are a very discipline company with strong working relationship. Our typical day at work is busy all the time. My relationship with co workers and sub contractors is one of the best people on site, I have an approachable attitude towards everyone with strong problem solving even with the community. Balwin is very different that others in the market when it comes to the quality and methods we use. I enjoy every aspect of work more when we have to build lifestyle centers, lagoons and parks. Most challenging is working with the community

Cons: Looking not to work weekends unless we behind program
